Happy Birthday Sam!!

Sam had his first cake for his 2nd birthday party(thank you Grandma Toni), he thought it was quite tasty. Since allergy free food sometimes has a funny aftertaste, the other kids only took a bite or two, except Anna who had a lot. The rest went to the chickens. Sam got a cute Spider Man Mr. Potato head and Spider Man slippers.

After a long day of harvesting our bumper tomato crop, Sam decided to cool off.

The Beach

The kids loved going to the beach on our recent trip to Mississippi (for Uncle Ben's reception). Anna, Emma, & Jakob are showing off their High School Musical 2 dance moves. They all collected tons of shells and other bits that somehow I forgot to bring back home! Little Sam thought the water was great and couldn't get his pants off quick enough...I told him it was a family beach, we are not in Europe.

Failed Christmas Card Picture Attempts

I was so excited to find the two little boys coordinating jammies with the olders one's last years Christmas jammies for some CUTE pictures for our cards. Unfortunately the children did not share my enthusiasm and these pictures are the results. I had to use some other lame picture for our cards, which you'll see if I get them in the mail!!

Breakfast with Santa

Here are all the kids with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Santa came around and asked all the kids what they would like for Christmas. The kids had fun singing with Mr. Music and playing with the elves as well. Jakob pulled Santa's beard to see if he was the REAL Santa (Anna gave him this idea). It was real and Jakob was very excited that he could meet the original, not just a mall helper Santa.
