Each year I make a April Fools Dinner, the taco salad wasn't really believeable, but they were not quite sure what it was. The jell-O "soda" fooled them all. I will have to fine something extra clever to get Anna next year since she is getting a bit older and wiser!

What a CUTE/FUN tradition NIKKI! I just trick John & Eleni & I thought I was being fun! so what was the trick with the Taco Salad???
The taco salad is chocolate ice cream ( you can roll it in pecans to give some texture) the cheese and lettuce are colored coconut, the tomatoes are cherries, sour cream whipped cream and taco shell an ice cream bowl.
