the first "fruits" from our garden...and some chicken eggs too. We have since beat the previous zucchini record with a 16 incher. Apparently we are waiting too long to pick them. Anyone have any good zucchini recipes? All I have made is bread/muffins. and all the cucumber salad you can eat, so what else can you do with cucumbers? I am going to try canning some dill pickles this week with our pickling cukes. We are not Amish, but have toyed around with the idea of the kids selling stuff.Monday, July 14, 2008
